At Selo, we believe in making it as easy as possible for our customers to get the parts they need, when they need them. That’s why we’ve launched our new website—designed to be simple, intuitive, and built with you in mind.
I’m Mark Jones, Head of Digital at Selo, and I’d like to take a moment to introduce myself, share some of the thinking behind the new site, and let you know what’s still to come.
A bit about me
With over 15 years of experience in digital, I’ve worked with some of the biggest names in e-commerce, helping businesses streamline their online experiences. But what really excites me is making websites that just work—sites that help people find what they need quickly, order without hassle, and get great service every time.
That’s exactly what we set out to achieve with the new Selo website.
What have we focused on?
Our goal was to make the site as user-friendly as possible, whether you're a trade customer or buying for a personal project. Here’s what we’ve focused on:
- A clean and intuitive design – Finding and purchasing fluid sealing components is quick and easy.
- A flexible shopping experience – No minimum order values, fast shipping options, and a seamless checkout process.
- A useful ‘My Account’ area – Track your orders, manage your details, and place repeat orders in just a few clicks.
And there's more to come...
This is just the beginning. We’re already working on adding more features, including helpful size and usage guides to make finding the right part even simpler.
I’m also excited to launch Beyond the Seal, our new content hub where we’ll share industry insights, company updates, and a behind-the-scenes look at how Selo is evolving. It’s not just about the products—we want to explore the bigger picture, from innovations in fluid sealing to the future of digital commerce.
Selo has always been about making life easier for our customers, and we’re excited to take that to the next level with our new website.
